This is what one member wrote to me about this motor:
The Fiasco J238-062 Motor is a well built heavy duty unit. This motor uses real sealed ball bearings not the normal brass bushings you would normally see.
The shaft is 3/16" wide and is about 1.25" from the bearing housing or 1.9" from the flat frame.  The motor I got came with the rotation Counter-Clock-wise. One can tell this by looking at the copper wire on the top while looking straight at the shaft.  If the wide copper wire is on the right side the shaft, the motor rotation will be counter clock-wise. To change the rotation, one must remove the screws and reinstall the shaft on the other side. This will put the large copper wires to the left of the shaft, which will change the motor rotation to Clockwise. The stud centers of the motor housing (These are the black bolts (screws) that secure the shaft or armature to the frame) are 1 7/8”.
