Vintage turquoise snake eye sterling silver cuff bracelet.  Sun ray carvings above and below the 14 turquoise stones, which are bezel set...very well carved...heavy patina...great vintage condition...a few tool marks...
I don't think it can be sized by pulling or squeezing anymore.  It's an old bracelet and I wouldn't chance it.  Unmarked. Tested positive sterling. Photos have measurements.
