RARE finds !!
3 ORIGINAL 1957 "500 Miglia Di Monza" "500 Miles of Monza" aka "Monzanapolis" Racing programs.
Exhibition event held at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, Italy allowing American racing
teams to compete
against European Formula 1 teams.
American Jimmy Bryan (Phoenix, AZ) was the winner of the June 29th 1957 race.
From the Anton "Tony" Hulman Jr. estate.
Anton "Tony" "Big Tone" Hulman Jr. (1901-1977).
American businessman and philanthropist from Terre Haute, Indiana who bought the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 1945
and brought racing back to the famous 500 mile course after a 4 year hiatus following World War II.
These original racing programs were brought back from Italy after the Hulman's European vacation in 1957 and stored
in the Hulman vault until the Mari Hulman George estate sale in June of 2021.
