VERY RARE 1961 ITC THOR MISSILE BASE --SOME ISSUES

Description

This is ITCs EXTREMELY RARE Thor Missile Launcher kit from 1961.
I have carefully inventoried this kit and
there ARE issues
.
FIRST-
2 photos didn’t come out
—and I had already packed the kit up.
There are more of the smaller yellow parts and the photo of the instructions and original decals didn’t come out.
MISSING PARTS

EYELETS [I think 3 are missing; should be easy to replace---There are listings under Toys & Hobbies for SIG brass eyelets]

SCREWS [I did not count the screws but Im pretty certain MOST are missing]

PART 62 CONTACT [copper] -easy to fabricate?

KEY: PARTS 76 [PINION GEAR], 75A [COMBINATION GEAR]
77 [DRIVE SHAFT] and 74B [SPUR GEAR] –these may be able to be replaced from packages of gears such as this listing in Toys and Hobbies [under ]:

PART 101—one of the 4 Shelter WHEELS is missing
Other Issues
·
PART 81 [GEAR COVER] has a section broken off; easily cemented together [shown]
·
Most of the vehicles etc were cemented together; the cement has generally been weak and I have been able to cleanly disassemble most by soaking in bleach.
The original owner cemented the wheels to the vehicles etc so they do not rotate; a couple of the wheel sets have been broken off at the axels.
The original instructions and decals are included—just camera shy.
You will also receive laser printed digitally edited reproductions of the original decals [shown].
The box panels have some issues—splitting…but the face is not too bad!
You will also receive a poster of the box cover---from a much nicer cover I had a few years ago [shown]
