A great set to introduce kids to the world of coin collecting. Great to teach them the evolution of the Cent and Nickel, to explain to them the uses of various metals and why the composition of some coins were changed during World War II and so much more.
About me: I have been collecting coins as a hobby for over fifty years, since I was about 6 years old. It has been a lifelong passion of mine and over the decades I have amassed a healthy collection. Over the last few years I have been focusing my collecting efforts on coins that are of higher interest to me. Like many collectors Morgan Dollars have become a favorite of mine. As I dig through my collection I have realized that a good portion of my coins just aren't of as much interest to me as they were when I was younger. Now that I am retired and have a little more free time on my hands I have decided to start consolidating my collection and buying more coins that I wish to keep and leave to my children/grandchildren. I have decided to give eBay a try as it seems to be a great tool for both selling my coins as well as occupying some of my free time. I love to see new people get into the hobby and I am hoping that I can help a few of you out there with your collections or getting your kids and grandkids into coin collecting.
