    Description

    Affectionately called 'Brighton Buns' after the British pastry, which they resemble when closed, these candle holders were a standard travel accessory from pre-Revolutionary days up through the Civil War. They screw together into a unique, compact unit that miraculously assembles into two attractive brass candle stands. Unusual and highly practical, no traveler, explorer or touring royalty could travel without them. Very authentic and featuring an antique bronze finish, they are 3-3/4" in diameter and stand 1-1/4" tall when assembled. Candles not included.  Makes 2.
