Ludlum Model 177 Alarm Rate Meter 3/17/2005

Description

Put Simple I don't Know. It was stored in city hall unused for years. It was working then from the sticker on it homeland defense equipment reuse program from bar code sticker the date 03/17/2005. the connector in the front has some surface rust same with back data port.
outside of device looks good it had a lot of dust on it  I cleaned it off, some scratching and normal marks for old equipment. Rubber cushions on the bottom are missing,  Consider untested as I don't know what I am doing but this is what I did test
Plugged it in, Turned it on, power light indicator came on. Pushed alarm test and it pegged out, pushed H V and went about 1/2 way, pushed Bat test and about 1/2 way, Reset no change. Turned Alarm set all the way to the left and alarm indicated (audio and visual), re adjusted a little to the right and reset alarm went off.
I took the screws on the sides and top off and checked inside for damage all good. took pictures and replaced.
