Official Souvenir Program National Championship Stock Car Races, Martinsville, Virginia...June 12, 1949.....track owners Clay Earles and Sam Rice....on the back is a historic advertisement...for Sunday, June 19...for a "STRICTY STOCK CAR RACE" at the Charlotte Speedway...according to the internet encyclopedia, that June 19th race was the first
NASCAR sprint cup race.... two pages printed front and back......more interesting stuff inside....the race director for this race was the legendary Bill France.....list of drivers inside include some legendary names in the field....Fonty Flock, Buck Baker, Curtis Turner, Jim Paschal, Cotton Owens, Joe Eubanks, Tim Flock....these are just the ones I recognize, and I'm not
a NASCAR fan.....slight wear on the corners, but this one is very nice....

Satisfaction guaranteed or money back (no partial refunds with item kept, however, as these encourage people to hairsplit over condition)......a card I describe as nr.mt-mt. generally doesn't have any problems that I notice; I don't grade items mint just in case I miss something small.......I try really hard to grade accurately, but I'm human.....every once in a while I'll completely fall asleep at the wheel and grade something nr.mt. which has tire tracks on it and has been used as a pincushion....if so, it is totally accidental ....if you happen to be the unlucky recipient of such a lot, a POLITE e-mail to that effect will get you a prompt refund just as soon as we get the item back....so will an e-mail talking about my parentage and my integrity, honestly, but it will be a whole lot more pleasant for both of us if you realize that I'm not out to get you!
