Antique Worcester Vase, Mini Flask, Hummingbird

Description

Condition:
Some wear to gilding on feet, some touch up to gilding. There is a dark spot on the rim.
This porcelain vase was produced in England by Royal Worcester sometime in the 1870s.
The date letter is illegible.
The vase is 4 inches tall and 3 ½ inches wide.
It is a miniature version of flask vases made by Worcester.
It has four little feet.
One side is hand painted with a hummingbird in flight.
The opposite side has another bird, with a crest of feathers on his head, perched on a branch.
Both are beautifully hand painted with great skill.
They are accompanied by flowers,
leaves, butterflies and bees.
