    Each Bag is good for one treatment of the fryer.
    Used to extend the life of fryer oil and prevent food from sucking it all up
    during frying for a more crisp final product.
    HOW TO USE:
    Turn fryer on to (350F) or your preferred temperature.
    Take one bag for a 40-80 lb fryer or half a bag or smaller for more residential
    fryers.
    Once oil is at the temperature it is set to, pour entire or partial of bag into the fryer.
    Wait at least 4 minutes before using and allow it to simmer and combine with
    the oil.
    CAUTION~!    Do not stir the mix in, it WILL cause the scolding hot oil to spit
    at you! Simply let it do its thing.
