Deposit: We require a non-refundable 0 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. There will be a 0 Doc Fee on all transactions.  Out of state buyer who take delievery in Phoenix will be provided a temp tag to drive back home onece taxes are paid.
